Dr. Arthur Lamia, DDS

Today was my second root canal performed by Dr. Arthur Lamia. I cannot say enough good things about him as well as his staff. He is amazing! He keeps you informed as he is performing the root canal. He is caring and kind and knows ‘his stuff’. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate him a 10.

I needed a root canal and I was so nervous so much anxiety . Dr Lamia was amazing. He made me feel at ease, was encouraging and explained everything step by step. I never thought I would say this but I didn’t feel an ounce of pain, not even when he was numbing my gums. He was amazing even called me in the evening to remind me to take my meds and check in on me . The office was cleaned and organized. The staff was great!

Dr. Lamia was VERY friendly, kind, and supportive . He had a lot of patience because I told him I have severe anxiety with any dental work (including a simple cleaning ) The entire staff are great. His office is pristine and easily accessible. He spoke to me during the entire two visits during my root canal keeping me calm and informed. I received a call from him at night after each visit to see how I felt. Dr. Lamia should be your first and only call if you require endodontic care. Thank you to all of his staff. Everyone could not have been nicer. His office is pristine & easily accessible.

Dr. Lamia is a kind and gentle doctor, I would recommend him to everyone, except for the one staff member in his office. His office manager is the most disgusting, vile and soulless human that I have ever met. She’s one of those people that you meet that likes to take out their issues on other people for no reason at all. I literally was just sitting there and doing nothing that pertained to her whatsoever, I had never even met this person before and I became her Monday morning punching bag because she clearly hates her life and is on a power trip. If Dr. Lamia wants to keep flourishing then it would probably benefit him to find more kind and compassionate staff that doesn’t barge in to yell at patients during their medical procedures, how unethical. The woman should be fired and he needs to find staff the more aligns to his personality.
