Good Dentist, Questionable Office Manager
Overall, a good Dentist practice with a business first strategy and patient finances secondary. The staff is very friendly, and the dentists and hygienists are thorough. The office manager and billing department need work. Be sure to check your account, as they will overcharge you and then refund you if you realize there is a credit on your account. They will also do work that isn't approved by your insurance and will charge you their office rate. My advice if you have to visit this Dentist is to be sure you know the full amount you are expected to pay before you get any work done.
