Dr. Asha Ponugoti, DDS

I have been coming to Grayson Pediatric Dentistry for 2 years now. I like the location and how they accommodate my three kids at the same time. However, I don’t like it when I only communicate with the front office and not the doctor. I have not seen the doctor at all and my kids have been to the office the fourth time now. Also, my eldest daughter mentioned the staff that clean her teeth was very rough. I can imaged the staff must have a hard time cleaning my daughter’s teeth because of her braces. But still, I think the staff should not be too hard cleaning mykids teeth and it created bleeding on their gum. I would be happy if the person who’s handling my kids teeth talk to me or give me more advise on how to help my kids teeth hygiene.

My child was very comfortable with their visit. The dentist and my child gave me the same play by play of how the exam went. My kid's teeth look great and we've already got our next appointment booked.

I was very disappointed with this visit. It is a complete assembly line of children. I timed the cleaning on my son which was 6:56 minutes. Staff was kind. But no real privacy. Talked to you in a side hall about your kid. No personal care. Then referred to a general dentist to fill a cavity. So what’s the point of going to a pediatric dentist. Seems like they are just trying to get in as many kids as possible for money. I will not return.

They did not do a complete exam/cleaning on my daughter. They didn’t floss her teeth but yet on her paperwork it stated she had light bleeding when they flossed. The back kids waiting room was so packed full of kids that there wasn’t even enough seats and some had to stand. I know we have peach state but the children shouldn’t be pushed through like cattle. My kid deserves the same treatment she would get if she had another insurance plan

I love bringing my children here I am a foster parent and they are always willing to schedule all of my visits with all four of my children at the same time they are very patient and very nice and very considerate and very compassionate wonderful wonderful staff

Dr. Ponugoti took time to explain everything that went on during my child’s dentist appointment. I believe she truly cares about each patient. The lady’s at the front desk were very sweet and helpful.

Always on time , very friendly staff.

Dr Asha always has the children’s best interest at heart.

I absolutely love the way Dr. Asha and her staff go over the top to make me and my children extremely comfortable. She explains everything in depth leaving all of my questions answered without me having to ask them. They are always accommodating with scheduling all three of my children together, which is next to impossible with other medical providers. I could not imagine taking my children anywhere else.

The doctor and staff are all very friendly and professional. Patients are seen within a reasonable wait time. The facility is squeaky clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to parents with young children.

Dr, Asha has a unique gift when it comes to working with kids. She is a consummate professional who probably saved one of my grandson’s teeth. He is the only kid I know that actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

Visit was great

As always, great professional and A+++ service. My kids have been seeing Dr. Asha for more than 8 years now and will continue to do so until they are adults. Her work is very thorough and she explains everything that is happening in detail. I would highly recommend them and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Asha is always thorough and clear about what to expect and what to do. I LOVE the service now that COVID is here, the check in process down to check out is smooth and very cool for all involved. Thank you Dr. Asha!!!

I took my 3 year old son here who was pretty nervous. Dr. Asha and her staff were amazing! They made him feel so comfortable and eased his nerves. He actually commented on how nice they all were as we were leaving!

My daughter had her first appointment today and we loved our visit!! Everything was perfect and the doctor is the best!!! We will definately be referring patients to her!! Thank you!!

I asked to go back with my 7 year old who was anxious about trying a new dentist and was told no. I finished the last page of my paperwork and requested to go back with him. I was told because of HIPA, they would have to put him in a private room and it would be a few minutes. When I was called back, he was done and refused to go near the dentist. I complained and was told it wouldn't happen again. He didn't get fluoride or any further treatment and we were still charged. Very unhappy.
