About a year back ,my wife received treatment at this dental office. The estimated patient responsibility payment was less than $ 800 at the time of treatment and she paid half of it after insurance adjustment However, we recently received a bill for $713, which is significantly higher than the initial estimate. We have attempted to contact the office by phone multiple times, but the number listed is unreachable. We would appreciate it if the office could clarify the charges and provide a way to reach them to discuss this issue
