THE BEST
I've had several gum surgeries and extractions with Dr. Scher, and (as I've told him), I wish I could clone him and make him into every kind of doctor I need. He and his staff are kind, professional, no-nonsense, and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and very high prices
I visted Aubrey Scher for a periodontist consult. I also got two additonal periodontist consults after visting Scher, partly due to the high cost estimate. All three periodontists recommended the same gum graft procedures. Aubrey Scher's prices were 3 times the price of the other 2 periodontists. Then, Aubrey Scher's office staff could not submit correct billing information to insurance. I saw him at the Spalding Drive address (which is in-network), but they billed me and billed insurance from their Old Spring House Lane address. Aubrey Scher's staff will not change the billing address. I have asked them 3 times to change the address and resubmit to insurance. Today, the staff person hung up on me when asking her to correct the address and resubmit to insurance. I recommend getting opionons and services from someone else.

Great Experience!
Dr. Scher is patient and explains exactly what the procedure will be and what to expect afterwards. I have continued with ongoing maintenance and am very pleased with my results. Staff is friendly and professional and appointments run on time.

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth extracted and was very nervous. Dr. Scher answered all our questions and put my daughter at ease. He has a warm personality and even called after her surgery to check on her! Would recommend him highly.
