I am very impressed with Dr. Makki for the dedication and compassion he demonstrated working on my son. He genuinely cared about my son and took his time to explain the issue, treatment plan and answered all our questions regarding the outcome and further explored other treatment options so we had clear picture of what to expect, also he spared no effort to answer our questions and address our concerns in a professional and compassionate way. I am impressed with his level of communication as he was explaining the treatment plan for me and my son. He listened to our concerns and addressed what other orthodontist had told us (we came to Dr. Makki for second opinion) and we didn’t hesitate to choose him for the treatment. His staff were friendly as well and overall we had great experience with him and his staff. Highly recommend him!!

Dr. Makki gave me some of the worst customer service of my life. He started treatment on my teeth and my teeth were doing well initially, although he was condescending and rude at times. After months of treatment he abruptly discontinued treatment because of an issue that he had with another dentist in the office. He stopped working at the office and declined to continue treatment on me at his new office because of the of other dentist he had an issue with. He refused to respond to my dentist office when they called to get all of MY medical information and figure out where MY next set of dental trays are at. He refuses to speak with me as if I wronged him in some manner. This is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever dealt with. I now have to find a completely new office that can professionally service me and start my treatment all over again. I would highly recommend that n
