Yes Dr Bates does a fantastic job on my teeth and the staff are friendly as well and they all do a professional job in all they do, Beautiful place to go to and get your teeth done! All new machines murals threw out the place free coffee, what’s neat about that place also in the waiting room they have massage chairs you can sit on and I have very comfortable leather chairs with Ottomans that you can put your feet on they have a small little arcade room the place is just totally beautiful you look up into the ceiling and she has beautiful murals up on the ceiling and you can watch dental TV there it’s just an awesome place I can’t even describe all of it because it would take 1000 Pages to complete what I have to say all I can say is thank you Dr. Bates and thank you to all who work there it’s a very trusting Place to go to everything sanitized there so everything’s all safe to go to the dentist offices especially there it’s very sanitize and spotless and clean when I go there !

Dr. Bates is caring and experienced. Best Dentist I been to in Florida and will go to no one else. If there is a wait time it's because she doesn't rush and takes time with each patient and gives individual attention and takes emergency. I trust her to be my family's dentist for over 6 years since we been in Florida and will continue to be.

put in 2 fillings that both broke within the first week. wait time is ridiculous, staff unprofessional & unfriendly.

Dr Bates & staff are simply the best!! I am super nervous of dentist. But quite strangely, from the setting up of my initial appointment to the minute I walked into the door and was greeted with a smile, down to being personally walked to a massage chair and given a heated neck wrap that all went away. My insurance is not the best, but her front desk staff made it work for me.

Dr Bates is amazing, she truly cares about my family's health and is the best in her field. her new office in Jupiter, Oasis Family Dental Spa is state of the art and the staff is also the best.
