Disturbing, to say the least
As a nurse, I understand that healthcare providers have to find a balance between efficiency and compassion. Dr Utermark and staff are nothing short of abusive. My timid and apprehensive child was threatened and intimidated on our one and only visit there. Coming across her reviews on a widely used app, I consider us fortunate that he wasn't restrained, as seems common practice. Shocking that someone specializing in pediatrics can have such an impact on terrifying children of dentistry. Thank goodness we have resources to find reviews!

They do a great job on teeth but some of their older staff members are rude, disrespectful, and always makes my time there uncomfortable from it.
