Dr. Barry Greenfield, DDS

I told the office staff why I was coming in. He simply did a gum test that my dentist did as well as a cancer screening...which I told him my dentist did a full exam just a few weeks ago. He took no images of his own. I don't even think he looked at the ones i had. I told him I had a CT he can look at, didn't care to. He didn't examin the gum where my problem was. Asked no questions. My Ent that morning did more of an exam in the area then he did. He engaged in no friendly conversation or care or concern. Very flat personality. His advice after the quick visit was ' follow-up with the person who did your root canal'. Wow. why didn't I think of that. I am calling my insurance today to verify the codes he is billing for. Just pass the buck instead of trying to help.

Dr. Greenfield combines the highest level of technique, attention to detail and knowledge during treatments, with a great personality and positive energy. I would give him my highest recommendation !

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenfields for over twenty-five years. I appreciate Dr. G always going the extra yard to explain the procedure and options available. He never pushes anything and goes out of his way to assist with the cost. Dr. G is a quality periodontist. FIVE stars in every way.

Front desk personnel are very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment today, showed up on time, but refused/denied me to see the doctor because of arrogant , rude front desk clerk Cherryl who refused to admit her mistake to interpret insurance coverage. Cherryl insisted me to pay the $25 yearly deductible first in order to see the doctor. I explained her I already met the yearly $25 deductible and I will pay again if the insurance company says so; I called the insurance company on the spot and Cherryl verified with the insurance company that I already met the yearly deductible. Instead of being apologetic, Cherryl cancel my today's appointment and want to reschedule after 45 days. At the end they decided not to give me any appointment at all and insisted to leave the office immediately. I It should be noted that Dr. Greenfield sided with the rude clerk instead of admitting their office mistake. They are very greedy and wanted to rip me off. I would not recommend anyone.

Dr. Greenfield is excellent and his staff is amazing! I am really nervous about dental procedures and was immediately put at ease.

I highly recommend Dr. Greenfield and his staff. I had severe gum disease and needed gum surgery and two implants. Needless to say I was pretty scared. Dr. Greenfield performed laser gum surgery and saved my teeth. He then restored the missing teeth with implants. The surgery was pain free both during and afterwards. The laser is great. I am now more confident when I smile and speak
