Dr. Ben Carter, DDS

The One and Only Time I went to Greenberg Dental "Dr"Ben Carter was my dentist. He had his assistant take a mold of my upper teeth as I had one tooth in the front of my mouth that was ready to come out he made the mold and I went to the front desk and they said it would be 500 so I had to give them 250 down. When I got home I called my insurance company because dr. Carter said no don't worry about your insurance they don't pay anything but instead I called my insurance company and they said "Oh no they should have only charged you a hundred and seventy-five and we pay the rest with that billing code on the paper. "My insurance company called them and they said they made a mistake on the billing code. But as I had already paid 250 and he took impression of my upper teeth he had a flipper tooth made for me. I paid 250 more got the tooth and I am very allergic to the material. I have ask who made it and what had been used but they are avoiding me. I call they leave me on hold.

I came into that office needing so much work done. I needed around 10 rootcanals. 10 crowns. My teeth were so bad in the front I was humiliated. I couldn't smile. I was so unhappy. The team and dr carter were so nice and fun.I can smile so big now. My teeth look so natural and wanted to cry thanking them for everything. I lost my insurance dr carter promised me if any work he did wasn't right he would correct it.No problem regardless of my ability to pay. He truly made a difference in my life.
