Dr. Benjamin Hanson, DDS

This practice was unable to preform a procedure and referred me to another dentist which is OK and understandable. But the then they Charged my credit car over $750 for a procedure they didn't do!!! I spoke with them and they said they would NOT charge my insurance or my credit card. But they did. I contacted my credit card company and they claim the dentist said the charge WAS valid. Now I'm paying another dentist to do the procedure they couldn't perform AND they charged my credit card.

The staff is a disorganized mess. The dentist is only at my location 2 days a week, something I didn't realize when I signed up with him. After spending $34,000 on implants, the bottom ones are crooked. When I told him this, his response was to make me feel silly and petty and said they looked fine with my teeth closed together.

I have been a patient of Dr.Hanson’s for quite a number of years and he has always been competent takes his time and is currently going to put a post in for my husband I would highly recommend him

It was awesome as having a tooth pulled could be. Everyone is professional and kind,i had a extraction and a filling on the same side with no pain during or after,We got my next appointment within 3 weeks thats great,It took me a year to get into this office it was worth the wait.They get you in Every step of the. way he tells you what hes doing and what to expect,Yes I highly recommend them if you have to wait do it,The office is worth it the employees are great they work together and know their jobs.. I’m not likely to recommend his dental practice at all!! I did originally and I’m glad that the people I recommended him to chose not to make any appointments with him after they read other reviews.

I would never recommend this dentist! He over books and doesn't have time to listen to you. He leaves the room without saying goodbye or anything. He just leaves. I've paid almost 30,000.00 for implants and I still don't have them. It's been over 1.5 years since he started it. Pulled 22 teeth put in Temporaries and I look 10-15 years older. I no longer have full lips. I have old lady mouth! I tried the implants on and they looked liked nice Dentures! I didn't pay for Dentures. I was hoping that the permanent ones would change my looks back to normal. But they didn't. I left crying. Came back in, wrote down what I wanted and he sent them back to the lab. He hasn't even begun the bottom bridge yet. I just want my teeth done and to look like I did 2 years ago with a great smile. My husband paid over 35,000.00. He has his Temps. They are crooked! Front teeth on the side! He looks like Donkey from Shrek! Over 60,000.00 & only have tears and acrooked smile to show for it! Sad but true...

I would not recommend him to anyone after there mistake they wanted me to pay for it again he wouldn't even come in to talk to me and it was there mistake they changed the color of my implants without adding me ,I will be filling a complaint against him very disappointed

My wife got implants from Dr Hanson they lasted under 3years she got infected he still hadn't paid he's a disgrase pleiase don't go to him

I really don’t know where to start. Except Thank you Dr Ben Hanson ! He is the best ! when I walked in His office he made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I had to say. I knew I had a severe problem and he was willing to take me on knowing I was going to be a challenge, especially with Dental implants.The care I received in his office was impeccable ! He is always there when you need him no matter the time or day . His concern for his patients comfort is the best ! I have never felt any pain in his chair. The plan he came up with for my care turned out much better then I could ever imagine and we’re not even done yet. I am already so happy with my results .I have always been afraid of dentist and he changed that for me. He has changed my life ! I will never forget what he has done for me.if you ever need a Dentist that cares and is the best at what he does you need to see Dr Ben Hanson .He is the man!

I am disappointed to have to give this business 1 star. It is not worthy of even that. The unprofessionalism of the staff is of epic nature. I was belittled for asking for nitrous for a filling. Sat in the chair for an hour before being checked on, numbing wasn’t efficient and required another injection. Lack of empathy and beside manor. Dental assistant HEATHER was beyond unprofessional and quite frankly laughable. Rises the question of who is doing the hiring here? Overall the length of actual work for TWO fillings was about 10 minutes after waiting over an hour to be acknowledged after Novacaine injections. I had a concern about my bite feeling off and was dismissed as “you’re just numb still”. All was rushed, no option to ask questions or concerns. Pushed out the door. I left in tears, wanted to pay what I owed and NEVER come back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR HEALTH!!

I went to Dr. Hanson in desperation needing 6 missing teeth replaced. I had struggled for years trying to get one done at a time because of the cost. Dr. Hanson's estimate to place 6 implants and restore of all my missing teeth was exactly half of what my previous dentist estimated. We made a plan which included a temporary partial to end my embarrassment while my implants healed. The surgeries were easy to endure especially because the doctor is very skilled and works fast. It's obvious that he wants to do the best possible work to get the best outcome. He cares about making the patient comfortable. Pain after surgery was minimal. By Christmas, I will have my teeth restored. I'm glad I found Dr. Hanson and his team. I highly recommend them.
