I recently took my 5-year-old daughter to see Dr. Morgan for a dental procedure, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind, which is exactly what you hope for in a pediatric dentist.Dr. Morgan's gentle approach was truly remarkable. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure to me, ensuring I understood what was happening and felt at ease. Even more impressively, he explained everything to my daughter in a way that was clear and reassuring, both before and during the procedure. She felt included and informed, which greatly reduced her anxiety.It's clear that Dr. Morgan genuinely cares about his young patients. His ability to connect with children and create a positive experience out of what could be a scary situation is a testament to his skill and dedication. We have been patients of Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry for over 20 years. With 5 children, the staff was able to set all appointments at the same time and get everyone cleaned, examined, and x-rayed in a patient, kind and competent way in less than an hour. As a busy mom, that has meant the world to me. Dr. Benjamin Morgan is such a ray of sunshine. He explains areas of concern and procedures to be performed in ways that we can understand an feel comfortable. His personable manner makes everyone feel important. All of the staff works so well together with kindness to each other. We are grateful to have such a treasure near to us who is well-connected to other dental professionals when we need additional services outside of their scope of work.

Dr. Morgan and his entire staff should run clinics on staff / patient relationships. This office is simply head and shoulders above the rest. I have a child with special needs and the care and kindness they should toward my child is unmatched. Every employee’s face is lit up with smiles. They all engage my child (since my child has autism most people pay her little attention). It is very stressful for my daughter but they coach her, encourage her, and celebrate her. I simply cannot say enough about this wonderful facility. They truly are the best!

My 7 year old has major dentist and medical anxiety. Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry has always been so loving, kind and patient with him. His father took him today for his 6 month cleaning and he was anxious about the X-rays but they were very patient with him the entire time, even with him pushing their hands away at times. Thank you for all you do!

Everyone was so wonderful! The dental hygienist was friendly and made sure that she engaged in conversation with my 8 y.o. Making her feel super comfortable and a little distracted. Dr Morgan was very thorough when explaining the care plan and even engaged my daughter in the plans for her teeth. I am so glad I chose this practice!

Dr. Ben and staff were great! It was my daughter’s first dentist appointment and they made sure to take good care of her. He answers all my questions and gave tips for brushing and how to make her more interested. I’m very happy with our decision to go here.

Dr Morgan is always super and so is the staff. They are very helpful and my daughter has been going for a while now since she was smaller and she loves it.

Dr. Morgan is the absolute best. His chair-side manner with the kids is amazing. He talks to them and not always just to me, so his relationship is with them as well. My son, who has been terrified of dentists, is no longer terrified because of Dr. Morgan. If there were a 10 star rating, I’d give him that one instead.
