Dr. Benjamin Selle, DMD

Have a REALLY bad mouth. Dental problems pretty much since birth. Went in to have some cavities filled. Was kept there over an hour and 1/2 as he tried to convince me to have everything extracted and implants for all (I already have several) to the tune of 40k. When I told him that was a bit more then I was planning to spend, he suggested I mortgage my home. He ended up doing a root canal on a tooth that could not have a crown put on it. Didnt fill any of my cavities, just went for the big bucks procedure. Had to have the tooth he root canaled pulled yesterday. He was also very rough when working. Glad he has retired.

Being a summer resident in Wolfeboro, NH, I have never needed to see a dentist until this week. I was referred by a neighbor to Dr. Selle and was given an appt the next day. I was apprehensive 1) Covid is still happening 2) I adore my regular dentist in Boston 3) I lost the cap to a tooth or so I thought. From the minute I walked into reception, I was quickly greeted, given my paperwork to fill out and then taken back to a room while chatting with the hygienist like we were old friends. Dr. Selle arrived and I couldn''t have been luckier, he's a calm, experienced professional. He pointed out that not only did i lose the cap, but most of my actual tooth. No judgement, no nothing. We agreed that I would go home and see my regular dentist to accommodate my scheduling conflicts. If you need a dentist in Wolfeboro area, go see Dr. Selle. The practice is a hidden gem or maybe others really do know how great it is, I just learned today. This is a 5 star establishment. Thank you guys!

Excellent ... he is soft with his hands and very talented. He is one of the best.

This is the type of place where they will remember your name and they genuinely care about you. I've been going for years and never had anything negative happen. Dr. Selle is easy to talk to and the entire staff is excellent.
