Dr Ben Thornal seemed sharp. He went in to replace a 25 year old filling as well as a cleaning. The asst I had was new, was very unsure of herself, and did not speak english well. Dr Ben was divided between me and 2 or more other patients in the assembly line-type dentistry practice. My mouth numb from the procedure, I drove home, 1.5 hours away. By the time I got home, the numbness had worn off and a sharp high point was cutting the tender part of my tongue. In summary: AVOID.
