Horrible dentist. Told me I needed two root canals when I did NOT. He is money hungry. Stay away!!!!

my experience has been poor with this practice. I went to this dentist when mine retired. I have had nothing but problems with over billing fluoride that I did not have, digital pics that the insurance did not pay. I had a cleaning done with an exam for pain, and one month latter had to have TWO root cannels that were missed. I had another two teeth pulled, and the service the insurance did not cover was ignored by the billing personnel requesting additional information from the dentist were never sent so they billed me for it. I got the final bill on a friday, and the very next day-Saturday, got a collection notice from an outside agency! And now I am letting people know what my experience has been I just got another bill from the dentist office for quadruple of what the original bill was!!! because of an honest review. They will end up paying my attorneys fee's but believe me when I say this is NOT the place you want to spend your hard earned money on. Buyer Beware!!!

Dr. Young and his staff are kind, considerate and do great work!

Dr. Young takes the time to talk to his patients and make sure that everything is clear. The office staff and hygienists are awesome and always friendly, and they have all of the latest technology and perks.

My wife and I have been very satisfied with the work Dr Young has done.

I just had my second visit for cleaning at Dr young's office and was very pleased with Spring's service, the hygienist that attended me. She is so personable and attentive. Great customer service.

Dr. Young accepted myself and many of my former dentist's patients when he had retired. My previous hygienist Jen joined his practice as well. On multiple occasions Dr. Young has filled cavities and repaired my retainer the same day of my regular appointment without prior notice. Jen is also the most positive upbeat person you will ever meet. The skill and care she puts into every cleaning makes it to be a great experience every time. It's clear Dr. Young is a very knowledgeable and skilled.

Dr. Young and his staff are so great. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my family's dental care. I can honestly say we all look forward to visiting the dentist because of the great people in the office; even when things don't turn out so well and we need to return again for other work.

Staff is super friendly and goodnat what they do. Clinic has been upgraded so its super comfortable.

Dr Young is nice and personable. Jen the hygienist is fabulous. Luby the office manager is horrible. I have worked in healthcare and with insurance companies and providers for over 30 years, when I questioned some of her accounting practices she hung up on me only after telling me that I did not know what I was talking about. I have had a credit on file with them for about a year now and I still have not seen a refund. Do not expect them to bill your insurance correctly.

Just had yet another amazing experience at Dr. Young's practice. Comfortable, insightful and thorough as usual. Not only do you walk away feeling fresh and clean, you are empowered and motivated to stay that way. I can honestly say that my dental hygiene standard for myself has gone way up with my visits here. Especially with amazing people like Spring taking you through the entire process step by step! Thanks Spring!!!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Been going for years for a reason.

I showed up for appointment, and right away i was taken in and having my teeth x-rayed and cleaned in a massaging chair with a tv in the ceiling. All the staff were very friendly. Any questions I had were answered.

The staff is just delightful and Dr. Young provides excellent work. It's worth the drive from wherever you are.

Nice office views. Dr Young and staff were great. It was hard changing dentists after my old dentist retired but Dr Young and staff have made the transition easy.
