Most Bizarre Medical Appointment I've Ever Had
Dr. Brenner was incredibly unprofessional. She began the appointment by telling me that some previous patients have been too stupid to listen to her advice. Throughout the whole appointment she was condescending. She was focusing on homeopathic remedies and self made gadgets to help my TMJD. She insisted that I make a list of all the side-effects of my very necessary medications for diagnosed medical illnesses by physicians so I could make the wise decision to discontinue them. After a very long, uncomfortable visit she gave me a hug, which she technically asked if was okay, but I didn't even know how to respond to that. Definitely not professional. When making the appointment I was told that they were working with insurances for coverage and it may be covered. It was such a lie. My insurance said the office never even submitted a claim and when I submitted it, it was rejected. Cost me $500, and there was no way I was going back for a follow-up. Stay away!

Lock Jaw
I called Dr. Brenner's office due to a locked jaw caused by TMJ. Dr. Brenner was very knowledgeable with this condition. She provided me with some at-home techniques prior to the office visit. Her and her staff were able to fix my jaw and provided me with continued exercises.

Terrible!
I went to Dr Brenner for a couple of years. Although, I think she’s a very good dentist, she kept pushing extra things on me. At one point she was convinced I had sleep apnea, and threatened to turn me into my doctor if I didn’t allow her to make a four to $5000 mouthpiece. Although I’m highly confident in her dentistry skills, I’m truly saddened by the push of all this extra stuff.

Zero stars - but that’s not an option
Brenner is extremely rude and egotistical ans is also only interested in getting your money. $3000 out of pocket in advance and NO treatment was provided for TMJ. No legitimate office notes or test results to provide to a reputable dentist who CAN do treatment. You will be diagnosed with sleep apnea regardless of your status and then “evaluated” for your pain to the tune of $2500 paid in advance and then nothing will happen unless you want to pay $10,000 for her mouth reshaping device since the inexpensive rescue device is unavailable and long back ordered. Also - don’t expect to claim anything with your insurance - she can’t even produce a proper super bill or detailed invoice. You’ll get no documentation. STAY AWAY

No follow up -
Dental care is adequate - however office has issues. I was a current patient going and paying all bills I was aware of . I received a letter from a collection agency with a 200$ late fee on a bill that I did not even know I owed. You would think the office staff would mention it.

The cause of my medical trauma. I would self advocate for pain meds. Dr Brennar would tell me to "just deal with it like an adult." When I started twitching from pain, she threatened to tear up my mouth with her drill if I couldn't stop moving. She's the reason I have medical trauma relating to dentists and I firmly believe she shouldn't be allowed to keep her license.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Brenner’s Office. The receptionist gave me inaccurate pricing and dental benefits/coverage. When my bill came in, that receptionist no longer worked there. When I spoke with Dr. Brenner she stated “it was for the better as she screwed me anyway.” Unfortunately, Dr. Brenner did not honor any of the pricing that her receptionist had quoted me. I now have over $800 out of pocket expenses. Also Dr.Brenner never even came out and talked to me. I only discussed her finding with the hygienist and receptionist. I was also charged for 2 sets of xrays that were never performed, very frustrating dental experience.

Very knowledgable. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating with my questions and anxiety. Can see where some reviews point out Dr. Brenner can come off as a bit pushy, but its clear she knows what she is talking about. Very pleased with the work that was done, I am now comfortable with the office and will be sticking around.

horrifying experience. was client for 5 years until i had to get a crown installed. was told it would take 10 minutes. took more like an hour. wouldn't fit right & dr. got angry with me because i swallowed. after that she took out the grinding wheel & started grinding down my nub of a tooth without giving me novacaine. very painful. never going back.
