She was gentle with my teeth, meticulous, and professional, and fixed a problem that had been bothering me for a long time. Her offices in Natick are gorgeous and I feel so welcome every time I'm there. So grateful for you.

My mother is 90 years old and went through the procedure very nicely with the patient, professional and meticulous approach by Dr Polnar. B. Polnars skills and experience are less than Witnessing her presence in office & interaction with others (patients and staff). It's not a good Vibe. Ego!My first phone call, I was told they don't accept patients under 21 with my insurance. Long story short they do except my insurance and people over the age of 21. However they do not easily grant someone in that situation an appointment slot.Originally sent to Natick in need of a root canal. Unaware I had the option to go elsewhere for the crowning process. To an office that has a CEREC machine. This office does a poor job taking dental impressions.Poor communication between the two dentists regarding patient care plan and what can and can't be accomplished.I witnessed the general dentist telling the specialist Yes you can and No you can't do this or that. I've only ever seen Dr. Polinar or Dr. Tran in office.

Went for a root canal based on reviews. Sent Xrays and docs a week early, showed up early for an early morning appointment & was seen late. Doctor was crazy rude, tried to take duplicate Xrays after resending and seeing confirmation on screen they got Xrays taken a week ago, Dr. Tran her root canal specialist had a fit and walked off. Humiliating, unprofessional and sad. They bad talked prior patient and clearly do not care about helping people over ego.

While travelling by car from Oklahoma on July 29, 2021 by car to visit my son and daughter, I broke a tooth. There was a lot of pain. We were scheduled to leave together for a three day vacation in Maine on August 1. My dental insurance carrier emailed me a list of participating dentist in the Natick area and I began calling. Luckily the first one I called was Elite Dental of Natick. An appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM on July 30th, the morning I was making the calls. After x-rays and an exam, it was determined that the tooth needed to come out. Dr. Polnar did and excellent job. The post extraction instructions was excellent and I followed them to the letter. Consequently I experienced not pain during the six days of healing up to today. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Dental of Natick!

Dr. Polnar is a fantastic Dentist - I would follow her to any practice. She pulled a wisdom tooth for me, has done several fillings, and replaced 3 crowns. She is very gentle, compassionate, and is an expert practitioner. Thank you Dr. Polnar for everything you do!
