Dr. Bhupinder Bhattal, DDS

I went in for x-rays and a cleaning. The cleaning was one of the most rushed cleanings I've had in my life. When I asked to get up to rinse my mouth, he was visibly annoyed and told me to be quick. No bedside manners whatsoever. Then, he suggested after the cleaning to replace multiple fillings I had done as well as fill a few more new 'cavities'. Clearly looking to make money and not do honest business.

I haven't been to a dentist in many years due to the unacceptable level of care I have experienced but Dr.Bhattal made me feel so comfortable n did not rush the appointment n explained everything I needed to know about implants n how it's all done. I would recommend him for anyone that needs a dentist but has issues with the feelings of inadequatecy. I can't wait to go back

What visit? I was going to be a new patient. Yesterday I made an appt. for next Monday. Then she calls me back at 5pm and says, 'we can get you in tomorrow at 2pm'. I tried calling all morning today to cancel and the line was busy. Finally, I got through to a voicemail at 1Pm that says they're at lunch. I said I can't come. Then they call me TODAY at 4pm (2hrs after my appt) and say They're charging me $75 for not cancelling within 24hrs. MY appt. was next Monday THEY changed it on me!!! I have the recording because I made the appt. on my work phone. I played it back she NEVER mentioned a cancellation fee to me. I'm livid. I'm not paying it! Clearly this is how they conduct business... and treat potential new patients. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

I have had my fair share of not so good dental visits. Dr. Bhattal is amazing and not only listened to my concerns and desired outcome he explained his concerns. He advised what he was going to do and made sure I was ready before proceeding.

I had an amazing experience. The doctor and his assistant are very professional and friendly. There is no doubt that Doctor Bhattal cares about his patients. He took the time to show me the proper way to brush my teeth. I come to his office because his team provides an excellent service. :) Colgate Smile!
