Dr. Bikram Sahdev, DDS

Dr. Sahdev took time to explain about my X-rays and what needed to be done. He’s very knowledgeable and his work shows it. I did not feel like a number but like a person. I would send friends and family to Dr.Sahdev. I will hope he is my dentist for a long time to come.

I recently had an awful experience at Pacific Dental LLC, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid going there. I had an appointment for a routine cleaning, something I do regularly twice a year, so I know what to expect from the procedure. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but routine. From the start, Dr. Bigram Sahdev insisted I needed an X-ray, despite me informing him that I might be expecting and had already had an X-ray just seven months ago. Despite my concerns, he was persistent, pushing for the X-ray and additional fillings, which I had no intention of doing at this office. What was most shocking was his refusal to proceed with the cleaning unless I agreed to the X-ray and the fillings. After some back and forth, he begrudgingly began the cleaning, which is what I came in for in the first place. However, within just a minute, it became clear that he was intentionally causing me pain. He started to cut my gums on purpose, trying to make a point. I had to stop him immediately because I didn’t want Dr. Bigram Sahdev to destroy my teeth. As I was leaving the office, he made several mean comments, which only confirmed his unprofessionalism. Dr. Bigram Sahdev’s unprofessional behavior and disregard for patient concerns are unacceptable. I would not recommend Pacific Dental LLC to anyone looking for a dentist. No one should ever be under Dr. Bigram Sahdev’s care.
