I had a disappointing experience at Hometown Family Dental.During my first visit, the staff were gossiping while assisting me, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The service seemed rushed and careless. When I asked a question about paperwork, a staff member rudely crumpled it up instead of addressing my concerns.On my second visit, I again noticed gossiping at the front desk. There was also a clear lack of communication among the staff, leading to confusion about my appointment. A conversation that should have been private was instead discussed openly in the lobby, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate.The overall lack of professionalism and poor communication made me uneasy. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.
