I got a shock when I took my son to this doctor. I have never had this kind of worst experience with any doctor or doctor’s office before. I was told that they need to take an x-ray that would not be covered by insurance and will cost $220/-. I asked them to first do consultation and then we will figure out but they insisted and I agreed. Now I have always gone with my son (he is 14 years old) to anytime a doctor is seen or X-rays are done. The nurse insisted we will grab you later and I said, no, I don’t feel comfortable and would like to be present with my son during X-ray. She took me inside. After that the worst part came. Doctor Soni came inside and told me in the “dictatorship” voice that I need to wait outside and “that’s how we do it here”. I told her, he is 14 but she kept repeating that “that’s how we do it here”. I waited outside and then was called back. While explaining she stopped twice and asked me arrogantly, if I am listening. At that point, I was done.
