Today I had to go back to Dr Schachtel to have a molar pulled. So many friends had different experiences- I should’ve just shut up & not told anyone. I was a nervous wreck! So I arrived five minutes early, called office - then wait in parking lot- someone came out immediately- took my temperature and then brought me in through the front door and immediately into an exam room. Dr. Schachtel came in - Lorena took an X-ray and he explained what he was going to do. He numbed me up & had that molar ?? out in 90 seconds -with not a stitch of pain or discomfort. I was blown away. This guy is a genius. He’s got me for life. He’s so professional- and his staff are all so friendly. The place is spotless and the parking is easy (behind building).
