Dr. Bradley Hylan, DMD

Went to the location in Cleveland on 12/28/2019 for teeth cleaning. On 7/15/2021 my insurance company informed me they recently received a bill from this dentist and the claim was denied due to not being submitted in a timely matter - within 1 year of date of service. Now this dentist sends me numerous texts a day that I owe them money. I have called this dentist 5 times wanting to talk to the billing department. Each time I call I am told "the billing person is the only one that can help. We gave her the message you have called but she is busy". I have called over the past month with no response. Find it hard to believe their "billing deparyment" has been so busy the last month they can't talk to me for a few minutes or at least return my call. Seems pretty obvious they are ignoring me hoping I will just pay the bill. This place needs to re-educated themselves on how to run a business. Terrible customer service. Avoid unless you want to get bills years later that they forgot to pay.

I have been coming to this place for over 13yrs. Horrible Horrible service On March 13 on a Saturday morning took my oldest and 3 youngest children to get a clean one my children was cut in the corner of his mouth.

Horrible office! Beware! Do not schedule here! Unless you have a few hours to waste just to get your teeth cleaned. Rude staff, even worse office manager. Staff walks in late so that sets the whole precedent for how this place runs. Then when you complain they pretty much punish you by making you wait longer. Dr Hylan should do himself a favor and clean house on the entire office and start over. I honestly think they treat my family like this because we have Caresource. Evidently poor people are so beneath them they don't even deserve decent dental care.

Great team ! The team is very courteous and thoughtful. prices are quite high I think it’s a little gouging I should’ve looked around more before I made a commitment there.

Terrible staff fake smile don't really want you there! We have been waiting on service for the last 3 months and every last one of our appts were cancelled but they are giving us appt dates?? Citing no docter labs closed ect but will not call you to cancel, I had to call the day of each time to ensure of appt and then they say its cancelled on the day of!! They did this for each appt the last 3 times!!! No care!! So sad we are still paying for this $6000 bill from hylan Cleveland west 117th location. DO not use them you will be disappointed everytime!

I was referred the day before and got an appointment the next day. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was TRULY at ease, even with the pain that I was feeling from what brought me in. I left feeling great about my experience!

This place is great and yes you may have to wait a few in the waiting room but totally worth the wait. They always take care of me and my family. The staff is great.

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. They do not spend an adequate amount of time with each patient. The wait time is always around 45 minutes. My teeth did not even feel clean after my cleaning. The dentist himself spent no more than 1 minute with me. This place cares more about the volume of patients they receive so they can be more profitable than they do the quality of the care that they are giving to their patients. I will never be back here. I was fortunate enough to grow up with a good dentist so I know the quality of care to expect from a visit and Hylan does not deliver that. Go somewhere else.

They moved the time of my visit without informing me. They then said they would move my wife’s appointment so they could see us both at the same time (which was how our appointments were initially scheduled until they moved the time of mine). They did not see us at the same time. The appointment started at 1030, I was not seen until after 11. The dentist did not check any of my fillings (which is done at every dentist appointment I’ve been to). The person at the front desk was rude and never apologized for moving my appointment without my knowledge or consent. We also heard staff speaking badly of patients that they had seen, not once but twice. This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, miscommunications I’ve seen in a dentists office. I will never come back and I will recommend that others never come here as well.

Wait time was a bit to long. However, the service was great. I was in miserable pain and left knowing I would feel much better by evening. The dentist and her assistant are my new heroes. Much appreciated

My visit was great. The staff was friendly professional an personable. And to a “dental coward like me” my 3 abstractions was painless and quick.

I saw Xavier ,he is very knowledgeable. He advised me of what was going to be done.l have anxiety about going to the dentist. He talked to me like a friend. Took my mind off the procedure.

I put off going to the dentist for a few years, and have needed a lot of work done. I have had an extraction, a root canal and crown, a deep cleaning, and small cavities filled all with minimal pain. I actually don't mind coming to the dentist anymore. The staff is all wonderful and knowledgeable and they really take care of you. They tell you your options and never press you to make a decision on the spot. Thank you for getting me healthy again!!
