Dr. Brady Powell, DDS

I saw him once years ago, saw Powell, he said I needed a root canal wouldnt let him, felt like there was something more wrong..I had the severely infected tooth pulled a week later by someone else. I tried to get him a second chance this past year...they refused to take me... several days after appt had been made, staff called back to say I was not allowed there.. accused me of all sorts of things, felt like I was in a bad nightmare. They mixed me up with another patient, they were telling me what insurance I had before, (always been a cash pay, no insurance)accused me of all sorts of crazy things. The unprofessionalism of the staff is almost unbelievable and I dont think he is that knowledgeable. To let his staff run amuck and talk to people over the phone how this woman talked to me is purely unprofessional in every way.

This place is a scam. Corporate is a joke. I am a first time patient. Never been there in my life. They are running a special that first time patients pay $59 for a cleaning. Well since I got a root canal done at the same time they are telling me I don’t get the first time discount and have to pay $120. Then they have never even sent me a bill and are trying to send me to collections. Corporate is being very rude and not helpful. I would stay away from this place at all costs. There are literally a million dentists out there I would try over this place. Jill and Whitney are the corporate managers and they are awful. Update may 19 2020. They wrote me back on my review. And are lying. This place is a joke. I spoke with Michelle at the Draper office and was trying to explain to her why I’m upset. (I’m upset because no one communicated that an extra $120 would be added to my bill. Had they communicated that I would have refused to have my teeth cleaned as my teeth are already very clean)
