Great Dentist!!
Dr. Burnett always takes great care of my families dental needs and concerns. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. She’s very knowledgeable and does what’s best for your needs. I love her conservative and honest approach when treating. Been going to her for years. She’s great with emergencies as well.

My mother went to Dr Burnett in January 2024 for a crown. As of today, 6/18/2024, she still has a temporary and work has not been completed. Multiple calls to the office, either no answer, we will call you back or it will be in next week. Dr Burnett has been paid in full by my mother (who is 87) and by the insurance company. We Will have to get an attorney and will file a complaint with the ADA.

My family has seen Dr. Burnett for 10 years for routine cleaning. I had a root canal & have had the hardest time getting a perm crown. After seeing the dr for the root canal, I went back to Dr. Burnett for the temp/perm crown. A mold was taken & I was to return in 3 wks for a perm crown. The day before my appointment & 10 minutes AFTER my confirmation phone call, I received another call from her office telling me that they were "going in a different direction". She couldn't tell me what that meant & was supposed to call me back. A week later my temp crown cracked & I called again. Of course they want to see me (4th visit and time off work) & when confronted with the fact that nobody called me to explain why my appointment was put off for another 3 weeks, she said that the dr. had to file down my mold and she HOPED it would be ready by my next appt. I asked if I could speak to the dr & she said that I would need to make an appt. This entire process has been unacceptable.

Disappointment. I am very disappointed with Dr Brandy Burnett as a dentist and as a person. Her card says that she is a "General & Cosmetic dentist" and this was the reason I chose her. It means that she should take care of functionality and esthetic. I ended up with a crown in the wrong material, shape and color. And after contacting the office to let her know that I was not satisfied I got the response that I would have to pay an extra $250 for her to fix it. I asked what guarantee would I have that this time would be better than the first time and the answer was: "this time you are going to be involved in the process". Exactly. That is how it should be done in the first place. As a minimum, she should have shown me the crown before gluing and gotten my approval, which was never done. I am not sure if she just doesn't care about her patients or if she thinks that I don't deserve a good treatment because I am Hispanic.

I agree with the last post in Feb. 2018, Dr. Burnett has a terrible bedside manner, I had to continually miss time off from work to keep going back for a crown that the temporary broke off, the 1st permanent crown didn't fit correctly, the second temporary crown broke off, and now the 2nd permanent crown has cracked after less than 24 hours! Their front desk staff was uncaring, never apologetic, and Dr. Burnett nor the dental assistants explained anything just kept saying I had to come back.

Dr. Burnett was unkind and unprofessional when I had a problem with a crown she put on my implant that kept getting loose. Three times I went to see her, three times she said the crown was fine. After 2 years i developed a gum inflammation. The Oral surgeon told me the crown was not place correctly. When I went back to Dr. Burnett she treated me with the most unkind heart, I cried. I have never being treated with such ungodliness an unprofessionalism. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Burnett
