The worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Didn't seem to know how to give a shot to deaden my mouth and instead had to give me 10+ shots for 1 crown. Shamed me for taking 1/2 a xanex to sit thru this nightmare. So much ridiculous machinery for diagnosis, but no skill to do a crown w/o excruciating pain. So rude to her nurses. It was horrible.

I was serviced by a mean dentist as a child and none of my care was with pain management including root canals, caps, fillings...no pain meds. No surprise I was terrified and avoided all dentistry for 40 years. 3 months ago I finally made an appointment with Dr Gentry. As soon as I sat in the chair I was terrified and wanted to run straight through the window glass and flee. I was gently and kindly dealt with. That was a cap, fillings and a cleaning ago. I now have no anxiety when entering the office. She and her staff have been awesome and helped me along the way. She personally calls me after each appoint to make sure I am not in pain and that all is well. What a day experience after my dark history in dentistry. She and her staff are AWESOME. I love my new Dentist. Thank-you Dr Gentry. 5 Stars!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Gentry is an exceptional dentist. Her office is clean and quirky with tons of frogs. My issue is not with her practice but her prices. She is EXPENSIVE. I have never spent so much on a dental cleaning (~$300) before. It is not only expensive but her office has the tendency to book follow-up appointments without the patient's approval. I have received countless emails telling me of appointments I did not ask to schedule. It is ridiculous.

I had initially posted good reviews and then I found out how awful their billing practices are. In an effort to sum it up, they indicated I needed a special "deep clean" and so I asked repeatedly about my insurance covering and was given an "estimate" of what my insurance would cover and told that my out of pocket is all I would need to pay. We straddled the appointments over the calendar because my insurance didn't cover much and I couldn't afford all of the payments at once. I referred a cowo
