Very kind , obviously intelligent and worked very well with his assistant. He asked my opinion on having only root canal or doing both since they were side by side. I chose to do both and he agreed. Will go to him again if necessary. Judith Stewart

This is not a review on the Dr himself. This review is about the staff behind the counter. It's an open waiting room from were patients set and the office staff works. Listening to the staff talk about every patient they called to set appointments in a very distasteful manner was the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a place of business. I set there with my wife for 40 minutes and this went on the entire time I was setting there. The Doctor should really discuss with his employees about professionalism and decency. I'm pretty blown away on how they completely acted and talked about patients in front of other patients. It was like listening to Highschool bullies, except they were grown women

Very pleasant office! Everyone was very professional and nice. Relaxed environment and extremely attentive.

My root canal went fine. I was given a filling until I was able to get a temp crown put on which was scheduled for 4 weeks after my root canal. My dentist office was completely closed the week the entire filling fell out. I called multiple times stating that the whole side of my mouth was in pain and my temp crown wasn’t scheduled until a week later. I’m was told that I must have been chewing on that side which was not true, but someone would call back. I never received a call back so I called again and they called in 2 strong antibiotics because I could get these picked up, I was vomiting all night and very weak. I called the next morning and told them I didn’t know if I could keep the antibiotics done due to my vomiting and they had told me that these would upset my stomach. I was told by the front desk staff that my tooth wouldn’t cause this and to take the antibiotics by a front desk staff member and to not chew on that side of my mouth which I wouldn’t be able to do due the pain.

I went in on 3/22/22 for a root canal, I chose the early-bird special (6:45) due to work concerns, I have never had a root canal before and was extremely nervous, I was greeted promptly by Lyn, very polite and cheerful (especially that early in the morning) I waited all of 1 minute before his assistant Maria came and got me, she is AWESOME! Maria explained everything to me and then Dr Grafe came in, they got me numb and before I knew it, they were done, I couldn't believe it, I've had cavities filled that hurt 10 times more than this I received a 5:00 pm follow-up call by Dr. Grafe to see how I was doing, that my friends is being a professional! I can NOT say enough great things about this pain free experience, I am giving Dr. Grafe, Maria & Lyn 5 stars only because 10 stars is not available, thank you all!

Honest. Took x-rays, and told me that he didn't believe that a root canal and crown would be successful. i appreciate that.

My son had to have 2 root canals and I loved Dr Grafe. He is very patient and explains everything to the patient. I was really impressed by the care he gave to my son. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a root canal.

On 6/14/2017, Dr Brent R Grafe performed a root canal procedure for me on a premolar. He & his assistant were excellent. Both were kind, considerate & professional?. Very little discomfort before & after procedure. Dr Grafe also called later that day to followup & make sure I was doing ok after the procedure. All was well & I'm doing fine today. Procedure was yesterday.

It is I believe my 3rd root canal with Dr. Grafe. He is a great Dentist. Explains things very well and is as gentle as he can be. Always numbs the tooth and area very well too. Provides good instruction about medications to take afterward and care of the tooth, etc. And he calls to check on how you are doing after your procedure. Provides his hime phone in case you need to call after hours. Staff is also very nice!

He performed my root canal under tornado warnings and crazy storms! He did his best to keep me calm and make the situation as comfortable as possible for me! He even called to check in on me that evening after hours AND offered me his personal phone so I could reach him over the holidays if I needed anything. (This was over the Christmas Holiday!)
