I would give him 0 if I could. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter. It was her first ever dental procedure. He was inpatient, agitated and simply mean. When she asked for suction he said "we won't be doing it ever 5 sec so swallow". I confronted him and said I though he was agitated and inpatient and he simply took off his gloves and left. He made my daughter suffer through 4 anesthesia shots!
