my family and myself regularly go here though its expensive for the service. I dont have dental insurence. afew days back my teeth started having pain. I went got xrays and was told to come next day for cleaningas my gums needed deep cleaning for food was stuck in the pockets of the gum. next day doctor was not there ,the asst cleaned the teeth. I have got cleaning done before in other places. she just cleaned superficially and didnt go deep.she didnt touch my upper front teeth too. was charged $485. I had this done 10/03/23. still the pain not gone. I requested for the dr to talk to me, I was told he is busy. I told her when he is free. Yet to get his call. The talk is good. very poor service.

I have been a patient at this location for over 20 years and have never experienced what I did over the last couple of weeks. I had tooth pain. Went in and was told I needed a crown. Got crown. Still in major pain. Went back and was told it would subside. It did not. Called last Friday to get in as I was in excruciating pain. Was told dentist did not work Friday. Asked for the emergency dentist on call. They do not have one and I was told to "call around" to find a dentist to help me. My wife got me into her dentist and they found that the tooth next to the new crown was cracked and that that was the source of the pain I was feeling. Had to get a root canal. Went back to talk to Dr. Strumwasser to discuss next steps. I was told to just ask the dentist a question I had to pay over $120. I clarified that I only need to talk to him about next steps. She told me that when you buy gas you have to pay. She threatened to call the police on me. Because I just want to ask my dentist a question.

The group is wonderful and so comfortable. I had a painful emergency and they were able to get me in immediately I’m needing a lot of work on my teeth, but it’s nice to have a game plan that’s not rushed or overwhelming. I’m glad my brother recommended Dr. Strumwasser and his staff!

Thanks for making a dental visit pleasant! The office staff are so friendly and they have the kinks worked out for cleanliness and social distancing. Temps are checked and every surface is spotless. Thanks for always doing a great job.

Dr Strumwasser is very personable and put us at ease, he is also honest and compassionate , he communicated with us every step of procedure. And also he has the best hygienist whom very gentle yet thorough , she takes her time to educate us basic hygiene skills, my teeth felt super clean afterwards.

Our dentist retired. We decided to try Dr. Strumwasser and it turned out to be excellent. He has the touch....the one you don’t feel?? Wonderful staff and every detail explained prior to any decisions.

As a new client, I was truly impressed by both the thoroughness of the visit and friendliness of both physician and staff. It's always nice when you get more than you expect. Highly recommend.

Dr Strumwasser was amazing. He took his time with me and made me feel like I was important.
