Very friendly, efficent and answered all my questions. Dr Billard is very knowledgeable and tailors your treatment plan to suit your needs and budget. The staff is all patient focused and kind.

Dr. Billard accepted me as a patient in an emergency situation 3 years ago. I had a large infection spreading down my neck that required cutting my gums to release pressure. I have been using Dr. Billard & crew ever since.

Dr. Bullard is by far the most Highly skilled Dentist in the entire Illinois Valley area.I say this knowing he does all his own work.
Root Canals,Crowns,Implants, Anything at ALL . Most Dentists send you to different places.
He is Excellent.Have been going to Dentists since the late 1960's.
Been a Patient of his over a decade.No need to change!??

The waiting time was extremely long. My husband waited over an hour and half once. When he had a problem they wouldn't get him in and the tooth broke. He makes you come back in baby appointments instead of just getting it done.
