Very unprofessional conduct, incorrect diagnosis. I can’t tell full story without divulging personal health information of myself and daughter. I’ve never posted a review on anyone or anything in my life besides this horrible experience at twickenham dentistry with Dr. Brian Cook.

Visit was for cleaning and evaluation. Dental technicians were personable, friendly, capable, professional, and proficient.Dr. Cook was thorough, personable, friendly, and explained his evaluation clearly.I am 74 years old and have not been to a better dentist.

Consider other options before Dr Cook
The office was poorly organized and the staff was disrespectful to patients who were new . They lost my appointment in the computer or simply canceled it to give my appointment to another person. The staff would not allow me to talk the Dr Cook to discuss my concerns. I would recommend you consider other Dentist.

best dental team out there!!
The facility itself is super clean and relaxing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable about each patients history and on top of all issues you could possibly have. I love the entire team and my hygienist is the absolute best!!! I couldn’t say enough about how comfortable they make patients! I recommend TFD to everyone!

Excellent 1st Visit Experience
Just went for the 1st time and had an amazing experience! From the front desk staff when you first walk in to the hygienist and the dentist, every single person was lovely and knowledgeable. I saw the female dentist at the practice and she was excellent. They were more thorough than my previous dentist’s practice, but also conservative with the plan and not pushy at all. Can’t say enough good things!

Great Dental Practice
I have never been a fan of dental visits, but I have found a place that I have confidence and comfort in Twickenham Family Dentistry. Very kind, efficient and thorough is how I would describe this practice and I absolutely recommend them as a dental provider.

I am so glad I went to see Dr Cook. After a really bad experience elsewhere, I relied on good reviews others had left for Dr. Cook. I was not disappointed! Dr. Cook did a very thorough exam and explained my options in detail. I think I have finally found a dental home.
