Dr. Brian Gosnell, DDS

I requested a preventative procedure during two prior visits. I discussed my interest in getting this treatment three times, once with the dental assistant and twice with the doctor and dental assistant together.The doctor and dental assistant made it seem as if the procedure was unnecessary and talked me out of the idea, so I trusted their judgment and moved on.Later, I was informed that I’d need to get more work done (more expensive than the preventative procedure I’d previously requested) that could have been avoided if I’d not been talked out of getting preventative work done. When I brought this issue up during my cleaning, there was no record of my request.The doctor said we never had the discussion, even though we did—it’d be impossible to remember every single issue or request a patient has, but that’s what the notes are for, and my notes were never documented... by anyone.I switched to an office that emphasizes preventative care to avoid costly future visits.

Dr. Gosnell is my dentist and I hope to continue in his care. He is a compassionate and talented. I recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Gosnell is amazing! I felt so comfortable and at easy during my appointment! He explained the procedure and answered all my questions! This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a dental office! Will definitely come back for all my dental needs!

No Fear, No Worry ... Very calming, with a Relaxed atmosphere. After moving to Texas almost a year ago, I am so happy I followed "my gut instinct", and picked "My Highland Village Dentist" ... Dr. Gosnell, and his Staff are GREAT ! Very professional, and informative of any procedure, as well as making you feel like you were a part of the team ... Family ! I felt as if I had been going to this Dental Group for years ... felt at Home.

This is a great dentist office. Everyone from the staff in front, to the dental hygienist, and dentist were professional and friendly. Everything was explained in a thorough but understandable manner. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Gosnell did a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. i would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Gosnell is a very caring and gentle dentist. When I first started going to him I was terrified of going because of a previous experience elsewhere. His staff was very understanding and I had a very good experience with him. I would highly recommend Dr Gosnell and his staff.
