I've never seen Dr. Nelson in-person. But I was his patient through a tele-dentistry service and he was the ONLY part of that experience that was satisfying. Once the "Club" finally connected me directly with him, he was always helpful and responsive. When the tele-dentistry aligner treatment began to fail -- through no fault of Dr. Nelson -- he made sure I saw my local dentist and arranged for a refund from the "Club." He guided me through the process to the best possible outcome under these circumstances. While I will not try tele-dentistry again, I can recommend Dr. Nelson as a caring professional who extended himself to take care of me.

Dr. Nelson grew up in Michigan and has lived in Arizona since completing dental school. He loves hiking with his wife, participating in impromptu home "carnivals" with his kids and spoiling his dogs.
