I have been going to see Dr. Ray for a few months now. I feel that the hygienist concentrate more on gossiping about their co workers and not focusing on the patients. The hygienist I had was unprofessional . Her tone of voice was horrific. She just left the room. She did not inform me she was finished. She left the little napkin around my neck.. I am currently looking for another dentist.

Dr. Rays office is closed on Fridays and he is not in the office on Mondays. Not to mention he is not available in the afternoons for urgent appointments. When Dr. Byerly was there it was easy to get an appointment but with him it is not. Es[pecially in the last couple of years. I have been a patient for 20 years in that office.
