I was asked to reschedule because “...he doesn’t want to come into the office for JUST one patient.” As a customer, I should feel like his only patient. His staff is already aware that I’m concerned with a temporary that has been waiting too long. After the root canal, I called to make an appointment for a crown. First available appointment was over a month away (Endodonist suggested temporary shouldn’t stay on longer than a month). Day of appointment, I was called that the Dentist couldn’t make it due to a flood, which is understandable. We reschedule for the next week, which was cancelled due to the hurricane, also understandable. I’m asked to come in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to give the Dentist the opportunity to catch up, again understandable. Monday morning I get a text confirming the appointment on Wednesday. Monday night, I get a call that I’m not significant. Time for a new Dentist that appreciates me.

This review is of the office personnel. AmAzInG!!! I had an abscessed tooth, on top of being ill(cold) and having heart palpitations. I phoned the office and left a message. It was 6:30 am. The office personnel called me before it was to be opened and said Dr was unavailable(OOO) and she gave me a backup number. In the mean time, she called two dentists and by the time I called, they knew everything that was going on and I was on my way. Excellent! Thank you!!!!
