Overcharged, office was of no assistance
I was given a $200 X-ray without being told of the cost. I was shocked when I left but paid the fee. Then receive another bill in the mail. Politely wrote a letter disputing the charge. No response: the following communication says they will send it to collections. The office denies receiving the letter. Not a good business model. It would be best to let people know that your mandatory X-ray will cost them $200, and then when you will charge them again, don't blame it on the corporate office.
