Dr. Bruce Crispin, DDS

Very bad!!!! Dr. Crispin does poor quality work. He did a temporary bridge for me that had two teeth snap off of the frame-Twice no less. Then he made a rude comment, What are you doing eating rocks?" As for the permanent bridge, he took forever to finally put it in. His excuse was that he was trying to get parts from Korea. Never once telling me what the problem was. Then he cried that he had to make the parts in his "stellar lab." He is rude &sometimes would talk to his dental assistant Marbely like I was not even there. They would say things like ,"Oh look at how that tooth looks yellow", Boy the lower front left teeth look funny with the white filling on them. The office never once worked with me on using my Delta Dental insurance for two crowns that they put in. Instead they wanted me to pay full price out of pocket. Sometimes they would even bring the credit card machine into the room. This made the office look like they were hurting for cash. Dr. Crispin is the worst!!!!
