Cash paying patient of Dr. Johnson for 15 yrs. He did not explain the surgical procedures which he performed many times I trusted him when he told me I needed surgery with conscious sedation. Now I have discovered he was removing the struts of my implant, and ten medical doctors have told me below standard of care. Also did not disclose deep infection in my jawbone, he treated superficial infection only. Emer. Surgery, massive infection & deformity. Refused to send records for 5 months.
