In one of my visits there was a condescending staff member (I believe an orthodontic assistant) who blatantly spoke down to me assuming that I would not understand the next steps in treatment. Note - I have been doing a stellar job thus far in wearing Invisalign aligners for at least 22 hrs/day, changing aligners on time, brushing teeth after meals, & of course flossing! At the very least, I thought that I could get a bit more of an explanation regarding next steps considering the amount of ATTENTION & DEDICATION that I’ve been devoting to treatment thus far. To me, that was an unpleasant experience left me with a bitter taste following that appointment (pun intended). Hope this is helpful.

What a great office! Dr. Beagan and his staff are just wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Dr. Beagan took time to listen and answered all my questions. Very relaxing and caring environment. I would highly recommend University Orthodontics!
