This review is not easy to write as I genuinely thought I found my new dental clinic learning that this doctor practiced a more "holistic" approach. Unfortunately, all of my worst fears about going to a dentist were found at this practice. After my initial call to schedule my visit, I was told by Shannon that they "worked" with my PPO dental plan but quickly learned that any treatment or visit is always a "pay everything up front" and then "we will deal with insurance later." This approach should have been the first red flag in running the other way and finding another place that first works with insurance as any reputable dentist practice does. I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the cleaning appt.Long story short, I walked into the clinic with no pain and walked out without being able to chew on my left side for 3 months because of pain caused by treatment. The 3 cavities and unnecessary "sleep x-ray" also cost me a thousand dollars out of pocket
