Friendly But…
Dr. Hoffman and her staff are very friendly! However she does not explain what she is doing. Dr. Hoffman was working on my tooth that had a slight infection. When she stepped out of the room I felt string coming out of the gum around my tooth. I had no clue what she was doing I was surprised so I asked her assistant and she verified there indeed was string. While working on my tooth I was having a little trouble tolerating the water being sprayed into my mouth. She was so busy talking to her assistant she didn’t even bother to see if I was okay. Dr Hoffman took over my regular dentist practice who was in my insurance network. However she is not. Dr. Hoffman now has the patient pay up front and then insurance will reimburse you.
