Dr. Cameron Russell, DMD

I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life. The staff at Dr. Russell’s office were great, kind, and thorough. I think the work done was HIGH quality. BUT my experience with Dr. Russell himself was quite negative. I think his assistant during my root canal was new, and he was impatient & very rude to her, making me more and more uncomfortable. They couldn’t keep up with suction (partly my fault for brushing before, causing some extra saliva), and I was on the verge of aspirating on a mouthful of spit, unable to communicate well, with the protective cover partly over my mouth and nose. It was the closest thing to a panic attack I’ve ever had. I signaled for help, and Dr. Russell ripped the protective cover off in frustration, saying he had to “start over”. I sat up and asked, “You have to start the entire procedure over?” No, he clarified, just one of the clean up steps. When I told my referring dentist about it, he said his own wife had a similar experience with Dr. Russell…

Outstanding! Dr Russell and his staff are all top notch. They all make you feel comfortable while going through an uncomfortable experience. To top it off, Dr Russell is Aces at pain management. If you have to have a endodontic procedure, this is where you want to have it!

Had to visit Dr. Russell for a root canal for my daughter. She was in a LOT of pain - and he made her feel very dumb and embarrassed just because he couldn’t find an obvious reason. He acted annoyed and frustrated that he had to fit her in - which is so irritating after paying so much money. We were shocked that he would make her feel bad for being in pain. He rushed out as quick as he could after finishing without even looking back. On top of all that - his front desk receptionist, “Cami” was not friendly at all. I would not recommend wasting your money on something that should be a comforting solution to an already difficult situation. Won’t be back.

My dentist referred Russell Endodontics for my root canal. I never needed one before. Dr. Cameron Russell explained the process and answered my questions. All of the staff members were very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took 3-D X-rays, gave me info to read, and a link to complete my online registration. The facility and appointments are set up to accommodate precautions for Covid-19.  I watched the root canal process and was amazed at Dr. Russell's expertise. I did not experience any discomfort.  I only needed Acetaminophen after the procedure. No complaints here.  I would definitely recommend Russell Endodontics.

Excellent care from everyone. Endodontics doesn't get better than this. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

Dr Russell and staff are very kind, friendly and willing to take time to explain what is going on. I received a check up call the next day to see how I was. When I did have an issue they got me in quickly.

The office was so nice and inviting- Dr. Russell was so gentle and patient with me! I never thought I'd ever say I enjoyed an experience at the endodontics ... but I did! The staff was so sweet, and they even called to follow up with me the next day! I highly recommend him!

I've worked for him for about a year and a half and his work is Amazing!!! he's very Friendly, very knowledgeable, and explains things well. He's meticulous, gentle, and has all the latest technology. I will only be going to Dr. Russell for endodontic therepy in the future.
