I had a tooth that was beginning to abscess pain like I’ve never felt before Dr Candace Rausch stayed until almost 9 pm to make sure I was out of that pain As long as she is in practice I will continue to refer her patients any and every chance I get to do so And Tonya at the front desk is absolutely amazing as well I basically love the entire staff never have I seen so many truly good people at one Dentisty office I’m a life long patient here so don’t believe any negative BS you ever hear here either they are God sent Darren I love my dentist ????????????????????

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They forgot to give me a prescription for antibiotics and when they open my tooth to do a root canal it was bleeding too bad for Dr. Ray to finish so he had to put a temporary in and give me a prescription. When he finished the following week after 3 hours he said he would set up an appointment for two months later for the crown. Right at the 6 week mark after the root canal I get a bill for $461.40 and I call and I told them that said I already paid the full amount when I got the root canal finished and they said the insurance did not pay what they thought they would and they said that I owe $401. So not only have they charged me a $461.40 bill but, it is also different than the bill they sent they are stealing and this is unlike their Biblical verses they put on the sign out front please pray for them and don’t let this happen to you.

Dr. Rausch has been my doctor for years. Great office and friendly staff. Dr. Rausch always gives me and my family the best of care!

Candice Rausch is by far the most unpleasant & rude dentist I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Horrid bedside manner & a truly depressing person. Her attitude just stinks! I'm shocked that such a nice dentist like Dr. Funderburk works there. If it wasn't for him, his assistant, and 2 of the hygienists I'd have changed dentists a lot sooner. Front desk staff is inept & rude & billing is a nightmare. Prices quoted are always wrong. They are very expensive, 20% more than my new dentist.

Appointment was 45 min late and the front office people are rude. I would not recommend them.
