Dr. Carl Jones, DDS

Dr. Jones received a registered letter from me and someone called representing his office and we came to an agreement almost a yr ago! He has yet to honor what was said in our conversation! I will keep you posted on the out come!

I would absolutely recommend Dr.Jones. An extremely professional, caring and concerned physician. Knowledgeable, pays attention to what you are saying, discusses options and choices. The entire staff is professional, caring and concerned. I would not go to anyone else.

Outstanding! I've had root canals in the past they have always been unpleasant and painful. I had zero pain with this root canal. Dr. Jones has the latest technology that finds the decay, removes it, cleans it, and suction the water all at the same time. I've never seen or heard of anything like this before. Every endodontist should have this! The only discomfort I had was the expected novacaine injection. Dr. Jones said that is the only pain you will expierence today and he was right.

His treatment of me as a patient & a complete cure of my tooth abscess was OUTSTANDING. He uses an amazing microscopic instrument to complete the root canal surgery. He’s is world class in his field. He demonstrates compassion by a personal phone call to check on recovery & offer assistance anytime. His office staff are excellent. If you need an endodontist do not look any further Dr Carl Jones is incredible.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Jones and his staff. They are all professional, friendly, and certainly patient. I was having a slight panic attack being in the chair. They offered me their comfort blanket which worked wonders. Dr Jones is calming and kind. He called me personally to check on my recovery post procedure..... Being in the medical field, I truly appreciate the personalized patient centered care they, provide, which unfortunately is not always the case with physicians..... I had an abscess on a previously treated tooth. They put me on their wait list and got me in right away when there was a cancellation. Dr. Jones and his entire staff were incredible to work with. Dr. Jones is excellent, very efficient and caring. He definitely goes above and beyond for all of his patients and has a very calming demeanor. Every staff member you encounter is the same, extremely hospitable anticipating and exceeding expectations. Phil, the operations manager personally took the time to answer all of my questions before my visit through email. I would definitely recommend!

Extremely impressed with the entire experience. Needed an urgent root canal (also my first one). The staff was able to fit me in their busy schedule with very short notice. They were all very friendly. The procedure went much much better than I had imagined it would. Dr. Jones called that night to make sure everything was still going well. Very impressive.

Typically reviewing is not my thing well at least not for my Dentist. However given the fact I am terrified of the dentist I thought I should. The staff that worked with Dr.Jones amazing super well mannered and I am a firm beliver that your team is a direct reflection of leadership . The Doc himself very patient , very professional and super nice . So if you are in the market for a rootcanal Dr.Jones is the guy.
