After spending over 3K in 6 months, I was 10 minutes late to have a crown seated. Late only because I understood the appt was for 1:00 not 12:30. She proceeded to give me a dressing down in front of 3 other patients in the waiting room. There was no way in 15 minutes she could seat the crown, she was just way too busy. I cancelled my teeth cleaning, was charged $40 and I left. Today, I had the crown seated. I was taken inside at 9:58, and done by 10:10. The asst did all the work, she was there maybe 5 minutes. My point, she could have done it two weeks ago, but I sincerely feel she wanted to make a point about my appt time. A hundred dentists in the area, I will find one that has better personal skills.
