Very bad dentist. I went to see him to repair a chipped front tooth and he recommended a crown, but while I was under anesthesia he drilled down my second healthy tooth too and kept me with my mouth opened for a very long time. And then, he permanently glued down the bad crowns that was made one very thin and the other one very thicker. It began causing me so much pain and unable to eat or drink anything. He refused to see me for a full month, and then finally, I came to his office demanding from him to check in the sever pain. But, instead, he refused to remove the bad crown and he drilled down my bottom natural teeth. The pain continued worse, and I began to have extra painful locking jaw with tingling and numbness in both sides of my ears. I ended up at the emergency room and the doctors had to put me with very strong medication. and MRI that shows sever damaged at the TMJ. With all of that he refused to take full responsibility and told me that he can’t do anything else and he kicked me out of his office. He had caused permanently damage to both sides of my TMJ. I give Dentist Carlos Llapur of Town Care/Hollywood Associates: 1 ?? for his ugly bad performance dental job done for me and for many others VICTIMS! NR. 12/28/2023.

Hygienist was very gentle and thorough and she explained everything well to me. Also happy with my new filling it was quick and painless. front desk was very friendly too

A patient for many years. They had an excellent hygienist who left. The replacement I got was pathetic and did not know what she was doing. Llapur said she had and I quote “the highest credentials you can have in the state”. That’s why after fifty years of teeth cleaning I complained and refused to pay. He took the side of the employee lost two patients and fought the credit card company for payment. He obviously needs the money more than I do.

i was not happy with this dentist. On my first visit he left and let his assistant to prep my teeth for impressions which came out wrong and he had to do it again. My front teeth are two different shades. One is a single crown and the other is part of a bridge. NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. The dentist said he could not see the different shade but his hyginist and assistant could see it. There is more but my experience but I am just so unhappy I dont want to even write about it.
