I went in for 10 porcelain veneers. The veneers were NOT approved by me they were unsymmetrical and did not match my specifications. Once I realized They could not get the job done we agreed to give me a full refund so I can go elsewhere. I signed for the full amount charged to be refunded in office. Once I left I waited a few days and my refund was only given of 50% of the money I paid. I left there in plastic temps and Dr. Melendez and Nona Smiles stayed with $6,000 of my money. Dr. Melendez’s time cost me $6,000. I called the office to question why I was not refunded $6,000 of my money. I was given no explanation no breakdown and I was told as per Dr. Melendez that I was dismissed from his practice. I was crying hysterically through out the entire call I couldn’t believe what these people had done to me. Please stay away from this place!!! I’m sorry I did not read past reviews I’m not the only person they have done this to!! Please look them up they are known for this!!!
