Yesterday I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Carlos & dental team member Heather(?) I hope I got her name right because she was a sweetheart. My largest concern with the procedure was cost as I don't have any insurance at all, but $1,200 for the removal of all wisdom teeth + under general anesthesia??? That's outstanding. While waiting throughout the month another concern crossed my mind because you know, always overthink everything. I thought, what if the low cost is attributed to poor service? After my appointment yesterday, I realized nearly immediately what an absurd concern that was. Listen, I had my surgery done at 1:30 pm. My lower wisdom teeth were nearly completely horizontal and all 4 were impacted. I have not felt so much as a single pain because of the precautions/care that these guys took and the guidance that they provided me with after. Carlos and Heather were adept, kind, amusing, and diligent. I wish I could have you guys as my regular dentist :'(

I went to get a tooth extracted today and as much as I don't enjoy the dentist it was really a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Rivero is the Michael Jordan of Dentistry. He is super competent, listens to his patients, is not rushed and makes sure that you are totally comfortable and does everything to make it as pain free as possible. You can tell he is really invested in his patients and is really good at what he does.

I wish I could have had Dr. Rivero as a dentist when I was a child. I would have probably visited the dentist much more growing up. Yesterday I went into his office for an extraction. Not only is he quick, his staff is great. Total time in his office was approx 25 minutes. Most of that time came from the numbing agent kicking in. In the past, I've had to clear out entire blocks of work time for things as simple as a cleaning.
