Dr. Carly Carson, DMD

Dr. Carson was very helpful in repairing my front teeth after a serious fall. She has been our family dentist for years now and we love her.

She goes missing and leaves you without your records. She never showed up the day I had an appointment scheduled, no phone call or email. Find a new dentist.

Not good She is very limited to other complicated issues , other than extracting or cleaning . Very irresponsible answering calls , works alone wasted my time to measure upper partial dentures ( guess she was incompetent finishing the job) was there 5 times called many times , just ignored me all ,and cancelled one time , consumer affairs and a complaint on the board will put her on the right place ( no respect for patients )

She is not capable of placing a crown or anything advanced. I’ve had to go to her office several times to get recemented and still I have issues. It got so bad that I was going back almost every two weeks to get fixed. After several visits, I started to call the office and she hasn’t returned my calls. Had to see another dentist and have a new crown placed since she did not do the job correctly. Don’t waste your time with someone who at best can just clean your teeth. Anything else go to someone who can do advanced work.
