Awful experience. Doctor spends no time with patients and overbooks.

This orthodontist sold us two phases of braces for my child. Unfortunately my child developed root resorption of the two front teeth during the second phase. The problem was this ortho never told us about it. We found out from a visit to our dentist when she did an x-ray. When I brought it up with the ortho she got very defensive. I investigated the panoramic x-rays she took over the course of several years and the resorption was evident from early on, even I could see it. When I approached this orthodontist about it she continued to be defensive. She then went on to write two letters to us informing us of the problem, to cover herself. She only cares about money and getting patients in and out. This is a problem my child will have for the rest of her life. A lot of other good orthodontists in the area, I regret going to this woman.

Hands down, Dr. Phucas is the most experienced and knowledgeable Orthodontist around. The entire staff is warm and friendly making it a pleasure to go for visits. My son had braces and I had Invisalign treatment, both resulting in amazing and confident smiles. My daughter is now in braces treatment and we can’t wait to see her new, gorgeous smile upon completion. Thank you Carlyn Phucas Orthodontics for making Orthodontic treatment fun and rewarding.

We used Dr. Phucas’s office for 2 kids braces and for my husband to get a mouthpiece for his snoring. One kid wanted regular braces and the other wanted Invisaligns. Both sets worked just perfect for them! My husband’s snoring was horrible! We were ready to start sleeping in separate rooms. He tried so many things - snoring pillows, nose strips, even a CPAP machine. This mouthpiece was AMAZING! It has kept him snore-free from day 1. And no CPAP machine. We are BOTH getting a good night’s sleep now and in the same bed! The only thing I wish was a little better with the office is the availability of appointments later in the day. I really don’t like the kids to miss school if they don’t have to. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment after the school day ends. That being said, we’ll still be using the office for when child #3 is ready for braces.

My daughter had a great experience at Dr. Phucas' office for her initial consultation for braces. They explained everything with great detail and she was so excited to get braces when we left the office. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phucas's office for braces. What a great office!

My three children and myself are all patients of Dr. Phucas and we would highly recommend her to anyone in need of orthodontic care. I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Phucas Orthodontics in February, and I am very happy with my progress so far! From day one the whole office has been extremely friendly and welcoming. I chose Dr. Phucas for my kids orthodontic care. We were treated great and were given all options whether it was braces or Invisalgn. At first Dr.Phucas impressed me as she seemed genuinely concerned about my orthodontic care. She assured me that my teeth would be perfect. Well, they're not they're not aligned.I told her I wanted my teeth shorter in appearance (I have gum recession) she told me long teeth are more attractive lol.I'm not interested in the Julia Roberts look. Once after waiting 30 minutes for her to make her way to me, I noticed that the computer file on me did not have my dentist's info. They never did add it.
